Welcome to the Silver Love Jewelry online shop. To find your jewel you can start by selecting a category among the types of products; they will also be present on the left column of the screen to help you narrow down your search. Otherwise use the "Search" box to find a specific product.
Click on a product to access the related Product Sheet and you will see all the related information in detail.
Click on the button with the heart symbol at the top right of the product photo to add it to your Wishlist.
Within the Wishlist you will find all your favorite products, and you can decide whether to add them to the cart, remove them or decide to share your list on social networks.
Click on "Add to Cart" to add the product to your Shopping Bag.
Inside the Shopping Bag you will find all the items you added to your cart, click on "Complete the order" to proceed to checkout. It is not necessary to register and create an account to purchase, but it is recommended to keep track of your orders and have your shipping addresses saved and convenient for use. Enter the shipping address, or select one of those already present, select your payment method from those available, view and accept
Terms and Conditions and click on "Place order" to complete the transaction. A confirmation e-mail will notify you of the order.
Within the Product Sheet you can view the details of the selected item and availability. From the photo you can click on the bottom left and enlarge the product images using the zoom.
From the Product Sheet you can save the product in the Wish List, share it on social networks or add it immediately to the Shopping Bag by clicking on "Add to cart". In some cases it will be necessary to select a size first.
After adding a product, you can choose whether to proceed with the purchase immediately, or continue browsing the site.
In the Shopping Bag (or Cart) you can view all the items you have chosen and possibly change the quantities, or remove them. On this page you can also view the estimated shipping costs, which will vary if the shipment is made to specific locations or will be free if the total order exceeds 60.00 €. Click on "Complete the order" to continue the purchase process.
You can view the contents of the Shopping Bag and the total value of the shopping at any time while browsing, simply by hovering over it with the mouse.
From the Shopping Bag, by clicking on the "Complete the order" button, you will be able to log in with your Account if you have not already logged in, which is recommended but not necessary. You can also enter a coupon code to get a discount. Confirm your personal data and enter the billing and shipping address if different from the first, or select one of those already present. On the right you will find a summary of the products chosen and the price, you can select the payment method and view and accept the Terms and Conditions. Complete the transaction by clicking on "Place Order". A confirmation e-mail will notify you that the order was successful.
If you want to make a gift, enter the shipping address other than the billing address and remember to specify that it is a gift in the last section dedicated to the Notes at the bottom of the Checkout page. The package will reach the recipient and the price will not be specified inside. You will also have the possibility to leave a message to be delivered together with your gift, always to be specified in the Notes.
Some products have a distinction in size. In particular almost all the rings and some bracelets.
The measurements of the Silver Love rings are expressed in Italian sizes and we recommend that you refer to the diameter, which in our opinion is the most accurate:

If you have a ring that fits you well, measure the diameter on the inside edge and choose the corresponding size. If you are undecided between two sizes, we recommend that you choose the larger one. It is possible that rings of the same size have a slightly different fit depending on their design: large rings, which will tend to wrap around the finger a lot, for example, will have a smaller fit.
Other jewels may have a distinction in size which indicates their length.
The rest of our products, on the other hand, have a single size, but very often it is possible to adjust the size, in particular in all cases where the jewel has a mesh chain attachment: in this case it will be possible to attach the spring ring to an innermost link, instead of at the end, in order to shorten a bracelet or necklace (in this case, usually, the product sheet of the jewel shows in the Details section, the words "adjustable length with snap-hook closure").
The lengths expressed in the product data sheets relating to this type of bracelets and necklaces concern, in any case, the shortest possible coupling, and the additional length of the extender will be specified.
My account
To complete an online purchase it is not necessary to create your account by registering on the site, but it is recommended to be able to access a series of services. To do this, simply enter a username, an e-mail address and a password. You can also easily register through your Facebook account. Creating an account will allow you to:
manage and modify your personal data at any time
review past purchases
save your addresses to complete purchases faster
If you have forgotten your password, you will find the link "Forgot your password?" in the areas of the site where your data is requested: by entering the e-mail address with which you registered, you will receive the necessary information by e-mail after a few minutes.
Your personal data will be protected from unauthorized access. The site does NOT keep the credit card details of registered customers.
Payment
You can purchase using credit cards, prepaid cards, by PayPal account (credit card), Postepay recharge, bank transfer, payment by Scalapay ⓘ or cash on delivery (the latter is excluded for Pre-Order products).
The cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard and Carta Aura. If you use a prepaid card, remember to keep it after purchase because it could be used for a possible re-credit.
If you decide to pay by Postepay top-up or bank transfer, the order will be processed upon receipt of payment.
If you decide to pay by cash on delivery, we remind you that the service has an additional cost of 3.00 euros.
When the order is exceeded 60.00 €, shipping becomes free.
All information provided during the payment process will be used by Silver Love Jewelry only to complete the purchase process and will be protected from unauthorized access.
Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your Order Number and a summary of the details of your purchase. You will receive a second email from the shipper who will provide you with a link to track the shipment. Remember that you can check the status of your order at any time in the appropriate section of your account until it has been shipped. Once shipped, it is possible to verify its tracking through the link contained in the e-mail sent by the shipper.
VAT is already included in the price displayed on all pages of the site and the Shopping Bag.
Shipping
Shipments are made by BRT courier. The courier does not allow delivery to post office boxes and Fermo Posta. The terms include working days only and do not include holidays; they are intended as indicative, any delays due to the forwarder in charge or to third parties are not attributable to us.
The jewels are delivered inside their Silver Love packaging.
Shipping to Italy costs € 5.00 and is free from € 60.00 of purchase. Shipping to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia costs €6.00 (free from € 60.00 of purchase). Shipping to the Minor Islands and Disadvantaged Locations (difficult to reach areas) costs 12,00 € and it is free from 120,00 € of purchase. The affected areas are listed below.
Abroad: Shipping costs are calculated automatically by our couriers and are free from € 150.00 of purchase.

When the order is delivered to the courier, you will be sent an e-mail containing a link to check the path of the package from taking charge of the courier to the actual delivery to the address you indicated.
Delivery will take place from Monday to Friday during office hours. In the event that, at the time of delivery, there is no one to collect the package, it will return to the BRT headquarters and the delivery can be rescheduled through a special link that will be sent by e-mail by the shipper to the customer.
Returns and Refunds
It is our desire to guarantee maximum satisfaction and peace of mind of purchase to our customers, for this reason, if for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more products no later than 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order. . We will refund the amount spent for the returned goods excluding shipping costs. We do not accept returns, however, for customized products.
Christmas purchases: for all orders placed between 10th and 21st December, the time needed to make the return is extended until 20th January.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, within 14 days of delivery, by writing to "info@silverlovejewelry.it" by sending an e-mail or by writing in the appropriate contact form in the Customer Service section, of your decision to withdraw from the Contract, inserting "Make a return" as the Subject of the message.
In the message we ask you to specify:
the order number
name and code of the items you want to return
the reason for the return (the reason can be any, the specification has the sole purpose of improving our services)
Silver Love Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the set period. The product must necessarily be returned under the following conditions:
it must not have been used, it must not show signs of wear, abrasions and scratches and the product must be complete with its original packaging.
Please return the goods to SLJ SRLS, to the address that will be provided by the Customer Care team by tracked parcel at your expense, within 6 days from the day on which you have been notified of the approval of your exchange or return.
Items returned and not accepted will be returned to the sender.
After our warehouse has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, we will proceed to make the refund and you will receive an e-mail when this has been done. The time for reimbursement depends on the payment method used: for purchases by credit card or debit card, the company will credit the total amount (equal to the sum of the returned items and excluding shipping and return costs) directly to the card. with which the payment was made within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the return (the time required to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card); for purchase with PayPal: the refund will be visible within 24 hours from when you receive our confirmation e-mail.
N.B. If you paid with the Paypal or Credit Card payment methods, the commission rates that we initially paid as a seller are not refunded by Paypal, therefore they are not returned to you.
Product Maintenance
Silver Love Jewelry jewelry is made of 925 silver and each product is completely nickel free.
They are jewels designed to be worn every day and on all occasions. For this reason they rarely require extraordinary maintenance, especially if handled and cleaned with care and stored in the appropriate way. Since these are precious objects, they should be given some simple attentions, gestures of care that preserve their beauty and splendor over time.
Normal daily use and external agents such as air humidity, temperature, pollution level, contact with cosmetics and skin transpiration can help reduce the brilliance of silver surfaces and change the original appearance of the silver surfaces. surface finishes towards darker and opaque colors. The extent and speed of the phenomenon are not predictable because they depend on several factors: to keep it under control, it is advisable to limit as much as possible the contact of silver jewelry with detergents, creams, perfumes and with water, in particular pool water. Most of the products on the market for cleaning silver can in fact be used without risk as long as they are used properly, although it is advisable to pay attention to those that contain ammonia, alcohol, acids or chemicals that may be too aggressive.
Points collection
You will receive 1 point for every € 1.00 spent. Ex: with an order of € 100, you will receive 100 points.
Your points will be added to your loyalty card once your order is completed. If the value of your order decreases (e.x. product returned, etc.), only points for the amount actually paid will be activated. Points are valid for 1 year from the date of obtaining.
You can generate a discount code after getting 500 points.
